Hot Rolled Steel – A36, A1011, A1018
A durable and workable material at a reduced cost, making this an ideal material type for a wide range of finished products. We offer three hot rolled steel products, A36 and also A1011 and A1018 in type CSB. A1011 and A1018 are also available in grade 33 and grade 36.

Hot Rolled Coil is available in thicknesses ranging from 16ga to ½” and widths of 36”, 48”, 60” and 72” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled (P&O) – A36, A1011, A1018
Hot Rolled material is put through a pickling process (acidic solution) before having a thin layer of oil applied. This leaves a cleaner, smoother surface than traditional hot rolled that helps with some downstream work such as laser cutting and painting.

We offer P&O Coil in A36, A1011, A1018. All products are available in thicknesses ranging from 14ga to ½” and widths of 48”, 60” and 72” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Floor Plate – A786
Also known as Tread Plate or Diamond Plate. This is a hot rolled product that has raised “diamonds” that provide additional traction for walkways and stairways, etc.

Floor Plate Coil is available in thicknesses ranging from 14ga to ½” and widths of 48”, 60” and 72” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

High Strength Steel – A1011 and A1018, A572
Hot Rolled material is produced with higher yield and tensile strengths for structural applications.

Available in Grade 50, Grade 55, and Grade 80. Thicknesses ranging from 14ga to ½” and widths of 48”, 60” and 72” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Cold Rolled Steel – A1008
Produced by annealing and temper rolling hot rolled material, giving the material a tight tolerance for gauge accuracy and physical characteristics. This process also gives the material a clean smooth surface with greater formability. ASTM A1008 cold rolled steel is an excellent candidate for most processing techniques.

Available in thicknesses ranging from 24ga to 10ga and widths of 36”, 48”, 60” and 72” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Corrugated
Sheets are put through a roll forming process to give sheets shape and rigidity for building applications. Typically used for roofing, siding, and fencing.

Available in Cold Rolled, Galvanized, and Galvalume material in a variety of patterns and lengths.

Galvannealed – A653
This is a hot dipped zinc coated material where after coating the material is put through a heating process that creates a zinc-iron alloy of the coating. This leaves a smooth, uniform surface over standard galvanized that is more acceptable to painting without the need of surface prepping.

Available in thicknesses ranging from 24ga to 10ga and widths of 36”, 48”, 60” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Galvanized – A653
Coil is zinc coated on both sides through a hot dipping process. This gives the material a strong protection from corrosive environmental elements.

Available in thicknesses ranging from 28ga to 10ga and widths of 36”, 48”, 60” and 72” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Electro-Galvanized – A879
This is a zinc coated material where the coating is applied by an electrolytic process. This gives corrosive resistant properties while leaving a smooth, uniform finish that is great for painting.

Available in thicknesses ranging from 24ga to 14ga and widths of 36”, 48”, 60” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Bonderized – A653
Hot dipped galvanized is put through a phosphate bath, then has a layer of chromate applied. Once dried the material has a dull color and finish that is ready to accept paint.

Available in 24ga and 26ga thicknesses, 48” wide. We can level to standard or custom lengths.

Mill Flat Plate – A36 and A572
Hot Rolled material made in wider and thicker varieties than coiled hot rolled. Used where strength is the main objective. Our A572 product is available in grade 50.

Available in thicknesses from ¼” to 2” thick. Stock sizes are 96”x240”, 96”x480”, and 120”x480” but we can cut down to custom sizes.
